The MINAC is a non-government and not-for-profit organization empowered to carry out its operations in the field of private dispute settlement. The MINAC was founded on July 2, 1960 at the MNCCI. In 1995, the Law on Foreign Trade Arbitration Court was adopted by the Parliament of Mongolia. Qingdao Arbitration Commission

  • On April 10, Qingdao Arbitration Commission is officially established. There have been 20,648 cases in total accepted by Qingdao Arbitration Commission from the establishment as of Dec 25, 2015, the overall disputed amount is 32.682 billion RMB.
  • In 1997, Qingdao Arbitration Commission is ranked by the Department of Justice of Shandong Province as the Demonstration Window offering Civilized Services, the only one among the whole provincial arbitration commissions. In 2000, 2005, and 2007, it is awarded the Advanced Arbitration Commission of Shandong Province. In 2010, it is awarded as the Advanced Unit for performing administration according to law of Shandong Province. In 2011, it is awarded as the Advanced Arbitration Commission of Shandong Province. SAARC Arbitration Council

Seoul International Dispute Resolution Center

The Seoul International Dispute Resolution Center is a new state-of-the-art, multi-purpose hearing center in Northeast Asia. Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC)

Shanghai Arbitration Commission was established on September 18, 1995. It is a permanent arbitration institution established under the Arbitration Law of the People’s Republic of China. Since its establishment, more than 30,000 cases have been arbitrated, and the total amount of disputes involved has reached more than 130 billion yuan.

At present, the 6th Shanghai Arbitration Commission is composed of 9 legal, economic and trade experts and celebrities (listed in the order of simplified strokes of the last name): Wang Xinfang, Ye Qing, Zhang Ye, Zhang Jiaqing, Ji Weidong, Zhou Jie, Yu Tao, Yu Weifeng Qian Qian.

Li Guoguang, former vice president of the Supreme People’s Court, Xie Tianfang, former director of the Legal Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai People’s Congress, Qiao Xianzhi, former vice president of the Shanghai High People’s Court, and Xu Qiang, former director of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government Legal System Office, served as honorary directors.

The office of the Shanghai Arbitration Commission is the secretariat. The Secretariat has a Case Department, an Arbitration Department 1, an Arbitration Department 2, an Arbitration Department 3, and an Administration Department.

The sixth Shanghai Arbitration Commission hired a total of 612 arbitrators. The arbitrators are famous professors, researchers, senior economists, senior accountants, senior engineers, senior lawyers, and people with rich experience in arbitration, trial, and economic management at home and abroad in the fields of law and economics. (Including futures, insurance), quality, intellectual property, construction engineering, maritime maritime, international trade, transportation, company, advertising, e-commerce, information industry,WTOaffairs and other professional fields.

The Shanghai Arbitration Commission shall abide by Chinese law, refer to international practice, and in accordance with the rules of this Association, and independently, impartially, professionally and efficiently arbitrate domestic or foreign contract disputes and other property rights disputes. The scope of cases accepted by the Shanghai Arbitration Commission is: real estate disputes, construction engineering disputes, financial disputes (including insurance, futures, securities, financing and other disputes), product quality liability disputes, intellectual property disputes (including patent, copyright, trademark and other disputes) Maritime maritime disputes, transportation disputes, and economic disputes such as international trade, international agency, international engineering projects, international investment, and international technical cooperation.
