APRAG just received with sincere sadness the news about the misfortunate demise of Mr M. Husseyn Umar, S.H., FCBArb, FCIArb, Chairman of the Governing Board of the Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI Arbitration Center).

On behalf of the Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Center (APRAG), please accept our deepest condolences for his loss.

Over the years, we have been working closely with Mr M. Husseyn Umar, and BANI Arbitration Center team. We were remarkably touched by his professional determination and his continuous support for APRAG projects including events in Thailand.

We send out sympathies to Mr Umar family and BANI Arbitration Center.
